Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
Deep expertise with advanced social listening and media intelligence platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr).
Strong cross-cultural communication skills with experience managing insights across diverse global markets, specifically including India and North America.
