Spearheading initiatives to boost operational efficiency, focusing on workflow design and process optimization.
Developing and empowering the accounting team, aligning resources with business needs and fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement within financial processes and systems to maximize efficiency and data accuracy.
Establishing standardized operating procedures and managing critical system integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, Deel, Payhawk) for seamless data flow.
Ensuring the ERP system's adherence to all regional statutory and regulatory requirements through meticulous configuration and localization.

7+ years of experience in accounting and/or audit with a strong passion for process improvement.
2+ years of experience with NetSuite or other Oracle ERP products.
Experience in an international environment working with a group of companies, overseeing work performed by local business partners and/or service providers in different jurisdictions.
Strong understanding of finance business processes and requirements, including major areas of accounting (GL/AR/AP), fixed assets, consolidation, period close processes, and financial reporting, IFRS.
Prior experience in SaaS.
Ability to solve operational issues independently.
Experience with the cloud ERP system NetSuite (considered an advantage).
A proactive personality with a strong drive for continuous improvement and personal accountability.
A big plus if you have a professional qualification: ACCA, AAT, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or other.
Fluency in English.
