Investigate challenging questions on "battery production" and develop innovative process technologies for current and next‑generation batteries.
Research compelling questions in the fields of "battery components" and "Re‑X" (re‑use, repair, remanufacturing, and recycling of batteries).
Explore topics related to "battery development and safety" as well as "innovative battery technologies and future product architectures."
Develop prototypes and new monitoring, manufacturing, and testing methods within research and industrial projects.
Supervise students on their theses and conduct teaching activities.
Take on early budget and leadership responsibilities and independently shape project topics.

Successfully completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
Ideally, initial practical experience in consulting, development, production, or e‑mobility.
Self‑driven with a commitment to develop new topics and make use of available scope for shaping work.
Work in a structured and reliable manner; think creatively and pragmatically; be curious and motivated to continually learn.
High willingness to travel and flexibility.
Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
