Join a cross-functional Product Design team shaping the user experience for more than seven B2B solutions
Contribute to the design of high-impact features used daily by our customers
Participate in all stages of the design process, from understanding user needs to delivering solutions
Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and development teams
Help design and improve features across multiple digital products
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to transform business requirements into intuitive, high-performing user experiences
Prepare, run and analyze user tests to validate design choices and guide product decisions
Create mockups, prototypes and user flows in Figma
Contribute to the development and consistency of our Design System ecosystem
Take part in design workshops, user research phases and strategic product discussions
Be proactive in proposing ideas related to user experience and the continuous improvement of interfaces

You are pursuing a Master’s-level degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent) in Design, UX/UI Design, Product Design, Business School or an equivalent program
Curious and motivated to understand user needs
Attracted to collaborative environments that combine Product, Design and Tech
Meticulous in your approach and attentive to interface quality
Autonomous, organized and able to take initiative
Comfortable challenging your ideas and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
Good knowledge of UX/UI principles
Initial proficiency in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, components)
Sensitivity to Design Thinking methods and user research
Ability to structure your thinking and formalize user journeys
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Interest in SaaS products and B2B environments
A first experience (internship, academic project, apprenticeship) in UX/UI or Product Design is a plus
A portfolio demonstrating your design process will be a strong asset
