- Provide strategic guidance across ABB businesses.
- Assess and strengthen ABB’s Grievance Mechanism and Remedy processes.
- Collaborate closely with Group functions.
- Monitor emerging Human Rights and Sustainability trends.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Strong interest in Human Rights and Sustainability-related matters.
- Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent advocacy, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English.
