Drive customer success and long-term value realization for ABB’s digital solutions within the Marine Service and Digital business.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization of digital services.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewal success, and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align on future objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Service Operations, and Digital Solutions teams to resolve customer issues and deliver continuous value.
Capture and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical consulting, service delivery, digital solutions, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong relationship management skills and a proven ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience driving customer adoption, retention, and business value realization through technology-enabled solutions.
Understanding of marine operations, vessel systems, digital services, or industrial automation technologies.
Experience working with digital solutions, software platforms, analytics applications, or connected services within the marine, industrial, or technology sectors.
Degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
