About this role

Define and own the product strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap for the Energy Utility Platform
Be hands-on in execution: write specifications, lead discovery sprints, prioritize backlogs
Collaborate with Energy Operations (subject-matter experts)
Navigate complex regulatory environments and translate them into actionable product requirements
Build and mentor a small PM team over time

5+ years of product management experience with substantial exposure to energy, utilities, or similar regulated platform/infrastructure products
Proven track record owning product strategy (not just execution)
Strong understanding of energy markets, tariff structures, energy trading, or energy retail operations
Experience delivering complex platform or product developments in regulated environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
