About this role
Role Overview
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to enhance platform adoption
- Drive growth in assigned customers and use cases
- Serve as the post-sale technical lead for Databricks products
- Manage technical account strategies and execution plans
- Address technical issues or questions regarding use cases and production status
- Leverage resources and escalate technical tasks as necessary
- Create execution plans for customer-facing technical roles
- Provide internal and external updates on customer health and KPI reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
- Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
- Understanding of attributing business value to specific project deliverables
- Technical program or project management skills
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior executives
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex programs/projects
- Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
