Working Student in Procurement

Role Overview

• You independently research packaging materials, raw materials and suppliers — structured, thorough and with real impact on our decisions.
• You help us identify potential co-packers and contract manufacturers.
• You maintain and organize our raw material document repository so it’s always clear what we have, where it comes from and what we need to know.
• You monitor the best-before/expiration dates of our raw materials, list expiring stocks and support timely actions.
• You contribute your own ideas when you see opportunities to make processes better or smarter.

Requirements

• You work carefully, independently and in a structured manner.
• You enjoy research and know how to find and synthesize reliable information.
• You have proficient German language skills (written and spoken) and can write clearly and understandably.
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program — ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
• You are eager to take on responsibility rather than just observe.
• You are comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
• You are not afraid of AI tools and use them purposefully to make research faster and smarter.
