7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience building backend applications using Java and Kotlin.
Previous experience leading or mentoring software engineers.
Hands-on experience delivering production systems in cloud environments.
Strong understanding of software design principles and engineering best practices.
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
