Role Overview
- Design and develop a variety of AI solutions (agentic systems, RAG, extraction and classification pipelines)
- Lead AI projects from solution design through production implementation
- Ensure the transition from prototype to a robust production-ready solution
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and product management teams
- Make AI concepts accessible to non-technical team members and clients
- Monitor the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and share findings with the team
Requirements
- Solid background and hands-on experience building AI solutions
- Passionate about artificial intelligence and results-oriented
- Comfortable working with the ambiguity inherent to AI projects
- Confident professional communication in both English and French
- Deep knowledge of AI models, including their capabilities, strengths, and limitations
- Experience with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, etc.)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Elixir, or TypeScript
- Autonomous and proactive when operating in unpredictable contexts
