Licensing Architect (Mid-Level) – Real Estate Management and Corporate Licensing

Role Overview

• Act in the management of processes that ensure the legal and operational compliance of corporate spaces, from technical analysis to the issuance of authorizations and certificates with the competent authorities (Secretaria de Urbanismo, Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, Secretaria de Conservação, Instituto Rio Patrimônio da Humanidade, Instituto Estadual do Ambiente and CBMERJ, among others);
• Coordinate multiple vendors and lead cross-functional interfaces between responsible areas;
• Manage critical deadlines with a focus on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and collaboration.

Requirements

• University degree in Architecture and Urbanism;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
• Microsoft Office suite;
• Experience with permitting and liaising with government agencies;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Specialization/postgraduate degree in the field (preferred);
• Proficiency in Power BI (preferred);
• Fluency in English (preferred).
