Mid-Level Billing Analyst – Data

Role Overview

• Suggest, develop and update KPIs, OKRs, dashboards and management reports, ensuring the availability of strategic information for area management, including support for defining and monitoring action plans (identify and act).
• Map tables, data and rules (business and system) to develop and monitor Shared Service Center (CSC) reports.
• Track, identify and monitor needs for system corrections or improvements, and support the resolution of billing issues in partnership with the billing team and/or Technology.
• Propose, lead and report improvement projects (one-off or continuous), working on problem resolution, risk mitigation and identifying opportunities for new products or revenue streams.
• Perform accounting reconciliations under the responsibility of the Billing area, and support analyses of financial postings.
• Act as a key user, monitoring billing systems and the SPOC–SAP interface, including opening, tracking and validating tickets with the Technology team.
• Support the management of the PFE (Electronic Billing Portal – Corporate RAC), ensuring its proper functioning and identifying needs for corrections, improvements and enhancements.
• Propose, develop and follow up automation and robotic process automation initiatives.
• Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies through active participation in training and reporting any deviations.
• Ensure the confidentiality of information handled in the area, in accordance with Localiza’s Code of Ethics and Book of Values.
• Meet the targets established in the current Management Contract by executing the actions set out in the target plan.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel at intermediate or advanced level
• Power BI at intermediate level
• Basic SAP knowledge, with familiarity in SD and FI modules
• SQL at intermediate level
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Python, C#, Power Automate, SAP Script or other automation tools
• Experience with agile methodologies
