Develop, under guidance, various calculations and analyses related to the composition of tuition fees, including scholarships or educational discounts, in order to carry out planning activities;
Perform, control and audit routines related to billing processes and the recording of institutional scholarships and discounts;
Provide service to internal and external clients respecting the agreed SLA as well as quality indicators, reviewing processes to establish improvement plans;
Provide operational support to coordination and the team, assisting in finding solutions and clarifying doubts;
Report demands as scheduled;
Participate in the development and monitoring of projects;
Participate in and develop actions related to Process Improvement Mapping;
