Develop, organize, prioritize, and assign objectives and responsibilities consistent with department, division, and corporate goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, preferably computer science, math, or statistics.
Requires a minimum of twelve years of related programming or testing experience, including three years of project lead, supervisory or management experience.
Practical experience with more than one programming language (SAS, C/C++, SQL, Java, Go).
Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and process standards.
A strong understanding of how Agile SDLC practices enable a successful team.
Experience leading development and delivery at the enterprise system level.
Experience influencing stakeholders outside of your team and business unit.
Experience using SAS products (preferred, not required).
Maintains accountability for software lifecycle, customer-impacting issues, and continuous improvement.
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
