Partner with Sales, Channels, and GTM Operations to support government deals from pipeline through close
Accelerate deal cycles by aligning procurement activities with sales milestones and timelines
Support pricing strategy and deal structuring to maximize revenue and strategic value
Provide pre-sales procurement guidance, including supplier strategy and cost inputs
Contribute to forecasting by validating procurement readiness for upcoming awards and contract starts
Execute end-to-end procurement (RFx, sourcing, negotiations, and purchase orders) for active deals
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and applicable global regulations while mitigating risk with Legal
Support contract structuring, subcontracting, modifications, renewals, and closeouts across the deal lifecycle
Maintain accurate CRM/data tracking and deliver reporting on procurement readiness, cycle time, and revenue impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10-12+ years of experience in procurement operations, government contracting, and/or sales operations support in a deal-driven environment.
Working knowledge of government procurement regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS) and related compliance requirements.
Experience partnering with Sales, Channels, and cross-functional stakeholders to support complex deals.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting/analytics.
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
