Help clients develop their Performance Improvement initiatives and identify potential opportunities for performance improvements
Conduct finance processes assessments and analyze pain areas
Create L1-L5 “As-Is” and “To-Be” process mapping using tools such as Planview, Nimbus, ARIS, IBM Blueworks and Visio
Design KPIs and Control frameworks for O2C, P2P and R2R processes
Manage/supervise teams of people on project work
Open to travel (Domestic & International)

CA, CFA, CPA, MBA OR Master’s in business administration in Finance
1-2 years (for Staff level) and 3-6 years (for Senior level) of work experience in Finance domain
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Exposure to tools like ERP, HFM, Visio, ARIS, BlueWorks, Celonis, Alteryx, etc.
Project management skills, stakeholder management
