Managing operational frontline teams
Managing resources and supporting repair and maintenance activities
Ensuring customers receive a consistent supply of good quality drinking water
Delivering schedules of work and minimising job suspends and rejects
Ensuring customer promises are delivered with minimal disruptions
Working closely with Scheduling teams, 24/7 dispatch, Network Control, and stakeholders
Sharing team performance to lead performance improvement and sustainability

Proven track record in managing, leading and inspiring teams in a pressured customer focused environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Previous knowledge and experience of Distribution Networks is advantageous
Technical understanding of the repair and maintenance water distribution network
Willingness to participate in standby rota for 24/7 cover
Full UK drivers’ licence required
