Manage corporate cash flow by consolidating cash inflows and outflows, projecting future positions and updating forecasts at the defined frequency to ensure financial visibility and prevent liquidity mismatches that could compromise operations.
Plan company liquidity by sizing working capital needs, evaluating available financing sources and proposing funding or investment strategies to ensure financial balance across different operational scenarios.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating fees, limits and financial products, and periodically reviewing the contracted service portfolio to ensure competitive conditions aligned with LOTS' needs.
Support the commercial area in developing and managing Business Cases for pilots or new operations, providing contract profitability analyses and supporting pricing processes for new business and renewals.
Oversee the financial closing of road operations units, ensuring that all activities (balance validation, provisions, allocations and other interface entries with controllership and accounting) are executed correctly to guarantee accurate monthly results.
Manage the financial cycle by monitoring operational billing and payment/collection cycles, aiming to maximize cash-flow efficiency and minimize delinquency.
Develop and update treasury policies and controls, documenting procedures, defining authorization levels and ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines to strengthen financial governance and mitigate operational risks in cash management.
Analyze the financial results of road operations, monitoring revenues, costs, expenses and significant variances by unit, contract, cost center or operation, and proposing remedial actions for identified deviations.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process for road operations by consolidating assumptions, tracking actuals versus budget and flagging risks and opportunities that impact the economic and financial performance of the units.
Support strategic financial decisions by preparing feasibility analyses, modeling capital structure scenarios and presenting well-founded recommendations to the CFO so that investment and financing choices are made consistently and securely.
Lead, develop and manage the team by setting priorities, allocating work and monitoring deliveries through frequent alignments, performance evaluations and continuous feedback; plan and control headcount and area budget; and act proactively on organizational climate by mediating conflicts and implementing actions from climate surveys to ensure team growth and engagement, delivery quality, cost sustainability and a healthy, collaborative environment consistent with LOTS culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in corporate finance and treasury management in medium/large companies.
Treasury internal controls and governance.
Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / BR GAAP).
Financial risk management.
Experience supporting internal and external audits.
Advanced English.
Knowledge of financial ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and BI tools (desirable).
