Serve as the single primary POC for Government coordination (via COR/CO), ensuring non-personal services compliance.
Plan and run internal execution rhythms that support Government deliverables (e.g., KO brief, PMRs, monthly status).
Produce/oversee contract reporting:
Lead design and release of highly technical, practitioner-level curriculum packages for COF 1 and COF 2a pipelines.
Ensure all courseware integrates current, documented adversary TTPs and aligns to USCYBERCOM work role standards.
Direct development of: Detailed lesson plans, student/instructor guides, Performance-based labs and cyber range scenario guides, Knowledge checks and performance-based assessments, scoring rubrics, and validation plans.
Ensure curriculum packages are delivered 30 days prior to course execution.
Oversee design of multi-stage scenarios emulating realistic network terrain and adversary behavior, aligned to terminal learning objectives.
Ensure scenarios are documented so they can be set up/executed/torn down without external troubleshooting (per PWS service thresholds).
Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Certifications: CISSP (or equivalent IAM Level III) AND GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: 8+ years of cyber operations experience
Additional Experience: 3 years formal technical instruction and/or curriculum development experience
2 years project/team lead experience delivering complex technical products on schedule
Demonstrated experience with cyber range concepts, adversary emulation, and assessment design
Strong writing/editing skills for producing deliverables suitable for Government review/approval
