Manage SEIL Legal and Compliance activity in ISRAEL and assist RHQ and HQ and respond to the queries
Overseeing high-stakes commercial and class action claims and litigation strategy.
Negotiate, write, and execute agreements and contracts.
Offer counsel on a variety of legal issues including but not limited to consumer-related regulation.
Advise executives within the company and work alongside employees in Strategic Business Units, Marketing, Sales, HR…etc
Assist with global joint ventures, strategic partnership deals, and draft terms and conditions in agreements.
Ensure legal objectives are met.
Research unique legal issues impacting the organization by identifying applicable statutes.
Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.
Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights.
Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
Managing and executing the Compliance Program

University degree in Law from a reputable university
At least 5 years’ experience as a legal counsel of Multi National Company – MUST
Experience as a lawyer with a Top Tier Law Firm – Advantage
Telecom/ Technology/Consumer goods or Regulatory background is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
Excellent communication skills.
Language Skills Hebrew English – MUST
