Senior Full Stack Developer – Node, React

Role Overview

• Develop and evolve end-to-end solutions (backend and frontend)
• Work hands-on in the codebase (Node.js + React)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and production incidents
• Propose improvements to architecture, performance, and quality
• Provide technical support to the squad and influence technical decisions

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript) and React
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integrations
• Strong command of best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, architecture)
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and observability
• Hands-on, autonomous, very senior profile
• Differentials: Legacy system modernization; experience with AI applied to development
