Role Overview
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Build reusable accelerators, playbooks, and reference architectures
- Conduct feasibility research on novel use cases
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions
- Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
- Follow and help define coding standards
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required
- 10 + years of Salesforce platform experience with minimum 2 years of experience as Architect
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI/LLM-based solutions
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Agentforce projects/AI Projects
- Expertise supporting agent deployment, testing, and release management
- Strong diagnostic and problem decomposition instincts
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
- Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
