Perform regular monitoring and oversight tasks, including data quality reviews, system control checks, and taking over temporary backup responsibilities
Support change projects such as robotics process automation, analysis tasks, management reporting, and documentation
Proactively improve run processes through the use of VBA and/or other technologies
Support the preparation and finalization of the monthly team newsletter.

Reliable, precise, analytical, and service-oriented working style
Enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or similar) with at least one completed year of study
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel
Fluent in spoken and written English; German is preferred
Motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrate self-starting capabilities
Curious mindset, asking the right questions and constructively challenging the status quo
Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
