Role Overview
Design intuitive, enterprise-grade user interfaces and experiences using Figma, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and scalability across complex product surfaces.
Lead the end-to-end UX design of data review and approval workflows, translating business requirements into structured, user-centered design solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications.
Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable patterns within Figma to ensure visual and functional consistency across the product.
Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder feedback, and usability findings to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and annotated design documentation that enable smooth handoff to development teams.
Contribute to design critiques and cross-functional reviews, advocating for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, engagement-based model β this is a dedicated 6-week, full-time assignment requiring strong autonomy and delivery focus.
Requirements
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff features.
Demonstrated experience designing for enterprise environments, with an understanding of complex information architectures and multi-role user journeys.
Proven track record designing data review and approval workflows β such as audit interfaces, multi-step validation flows, or exception management tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or enterprise platforms.
Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, validated design solutions with minimal direction.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting and defending design decisions to non-design audiences.
Experience working in agile or sprint-based delivery models is a plus.
English: Advanced (required for effective communication with global teams).
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles, with a strong focus on enterprise product design and hands-on delivery of complex workflow and data-driven interfaces.
