Manage a defined customer base in the retail and petrol station sector and acquire new customers within the designated sales territory
Revenue and target responsibility: achieve established sales targets and increase turnover through effective sales strategies
Increase throughput and broaden distribution, ensure cost-efficient stock holding at customers and actively promote sales through targeted sales promotions
Strengthen brand representation by maintaining, securing and expanding “Perfect Shelf” concepts on the shelf
Advise and influence customers according to market and customer situations on sales-oriented ordering, product supply, primary and secondary placements, and initiate promotional activities
Active selling, particularly as part of KAM promotions, in-store marketing campaigns and coupon/talon campaigns
Efficient route planning based on a defined visit sequence or customer-specific special tours using CRM software (Salesforce)
Represent our company at trade fairs and exhibitions; prepare reports and provide regional feedback to the supervisor
Requirements
EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit required
Minimum completed commercial vocational training or higher
Several years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector or in consumer goods sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills and experience in account management
Independent working style with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and team spirit
Analytical thinking
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
Strong alignment with our company values
Willingness to travel within Germany and to stay overnight
Fluent in German with basic knowledge of English
Driver's license (class)
