Role Overview
- Deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality IT services for the Army
- Provide frontline technical support for warfighters
- Assist with operational exercises, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and engineering partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience providing Tier I or II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
- Experience with Active Directory user and group administration
- Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and document actions clearly for audit and compliance
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- TS/SCI clearance
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
