Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician, with an initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week to support caseload growth.
Provide supervision to LLPC's on the team.
Requirements
Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan.
LPCs need the Approved Clinical Supervisor credential or meet the other Supervisor requirements through LARA.
A master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans, as well as maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that support therapeutic effectiveness, collaboration, and client trust.
Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients in a clinical setting.
Consistently completes session records, service notes, and required documentation promptly.
Comfortable and confident working with a diverse population across age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues.
Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR); experience with Valant is a plus!
