About this role
Role Overview
- Act as a subject matter expert supporting the development and improvement of AI solutions in the regulatory compliance market
- Validate AI-generated responses, identify areas for improvement, conduct legal and regulatory research, and help structure content in ways that improve AI accuracy, usability and customer outcomes
- Review and validate AI-generated legal and regulatory responses for accuracy, relevance and usability
- Identify logic gaps, edge cases and performance issues, and recommend improvements
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to verify and support AI outputs
- Provide structured feedback to product, engineering and data science teams
- Support prompt design, evaluation frameworks and training data improvements
- Identify patterns and insights to enhance AI performance and customer experience
- Contribute to taxonomy, metadata and content structuring for AI systems
- Investigate customer feedback and determine optimal solutions
- Work across Australian, UK and global regulatory environments
Requirements
- A law degree
- Experience in legal, publishing, regulatory or compliance environments
- Strong legal research skills using primary sources
- Interest in or exposure to AI tools and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A customer-focused mindset
- Experience with legal AI, AI evaluation or testing
- Exposure to prompt engineering or structured feedback workflows
- Experience with taxonomy, metadata or structured content
- Cross-jurisdictional experience (Australia, UK or global)
- Background in legal publishing, governance, policy or software environments
