Manage and support a team of administrative managers (approximately 10 people).
Organize and monitor the team's activity to achieve set objectives.
Lead, motivate and drive team dynamics.
Conduct positioning and performance review meetings with the managers in your department.
Carry out positioning and evaluation interviews, set individual objectives and identify training and support needs.
Develop your team members' skills and ensure their career progression.
Oversee the department's activity using supervisory tools and produce regular reports.
Keep up-to-date with developments in your area of expertise.
Act as a business referent on projects to optimize activity organization (processes, tools, information systems) or participate in cross-functional assignments.
Requirements
Proven initial experience in frontline management, ideally in customer relations or a call center.
Strong managerial drive and leadership skills.
