Requirements
You speak and write native level French and professional English.
You have at least 3 years of experience within Customer Success Management or Key Account Management, preferably from a SaaS company.
You have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills and know that business relations are best established by creating real business value.
You combine proactiveness and creative thinking with business acumen and a comprehensive grasp of IT.
