As the Executive Director, Agency Partnerships, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening Influencer’s global agency ecosystem.
Reporting into the Global VP of Partnerships, this role will focus on building strategic relationships across the whole agency ecosystem, including media agencies, creative agencies, experiential agencies, marketing consultancies, talent agencies, and emerging marketing intermediaries to position Influencer as the creator marketing partner of choice.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling partnership opportunities that drive new business, deepen market presence, and unlock commercial growth opportunities globally.
This role requires someone highly relationship-driven, commercially minded, and deeply connected within the modern agency landscape, and can structure and negotiate large and complex commercial deals.
We are looking for someone who understands how to turn relationships into revenue opportunities, strategic collaborations, and long-term growth.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency relations, media, experiential, creator marketing, or digital marketing.
Agency DNA: A deep understanding of how global agency holding companies operate, including their commercial incentives and trading structures coupled with strong existing relationships
Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify scalable partnership opportunities, and experience structuring global deals and JBPs within or alongside agency groups
Experience working cross-functionally: with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services teams.
Passion for creator marketing: internet culture, and the evolving media landscape.
Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn partnership insights into market-leading offerings.
Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting to C-Suite stakeholders.
