Role Overview

• Responsible for the monthly settlements of Insurer statements.
• Lease with Insurers to resolve account queries.
• Have all Insurer payment and account queries finalised by month end.
• Complete your Performance Reviews and Day Force Learning modules in a timely manner.
• Participate in training requirements for your role.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Work to maintain good team morale.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Open I and Relay preferred.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and ability to learn.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
• Have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to unforeseen events.
