Responsible for developing and executing targeted, personalized plays for high-value accounts to drive pipeline and revenue growth in North America.
Partner with Sales to refine ICP, account tiers, and prioritize target accounts based on data attributes such as firmographic, intent, engagement and more.
Create and execute targeted account-level ABM plays across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs in partnership with Sales that drive engagement and pipeline within priority accounts.
Collaborate with demand generation and digital marketing teams to orchestrate integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to target accounts.
Leverage platforms such as Demandbase to identify in-market accounts, build segmentation, and analyze intent signals (general, competitive, and technology-based).
Lead sales enablement for Demandbase, ensuring effective adoption across Sales through training, playbooks, and integration into account planning and ABM workflows.
Support account planning with Sales through insights, messaging, and coordinated outreach strategies.
Partner with Product Marketing to tailor messaging and content for key industries, personas, and buying groups.
Create and activate personalized content and experiences that resonate with target accounts.
Define and track ABM performance metrics, including account engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.
Continuously optimize targeting, segmentation, and programs based on performance insights.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus in account-based marketing.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and multi-threaded sales cycles.
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) and CRM/marketing automation tools.
Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform targeting and optimization.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to specific accounts and personas.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with both strategic and hands-on execution.
Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
English-language proficiency is required for this position due to the need to collaborate with global teams, review technical documentation, support customers across North America, and communicate with colleagues located outside of Québec.
