About this role
Role Overview
Handle inquiries from regulatory authorities and courts
Review payment transfers and account transactions
Act as the point of contact for customers regarding account opening inquiries
Improve the service based on customer feedback
Support colleagues where needed
Requirements
Professional experience in customer service, ideally within the financial sector
Some experience dealing with courts, financial authorities, and regulatory bodies
Proactive, independent, and service-oriented working style
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Confident user of common Office programs and ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk)
Fluent in German and English
