You act as the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term, trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders — working closely with our Customer Support team, which is currently being set up.
You manage pilot projects from kick-off to review and support the structured roll-out of our product into the existing processes of construction companies.
You ensure high customer satisfaction through regular reviews, check-ins, and rapid problem resolution — and identify critical situations early before they escalate.
In close coordination with our new Account Management team, you develop strategies focused on expansion potential, timing, and relevant contacts — and hand off upsell signals to Sales in a structured way.
Together with your team, you drive the continuous improvement of our Customer Success processes.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role — ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Technical understanding, especially when working with IT systems and API-based integrations.
Understanding of construction industry workflows (e.g., experience in project coordination, site management, or collaboration with construction companies and partners) is a plus.
Structured and independent working style with a good sense of priorities.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
High degree of initiative, team spirit, and openness to a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.
Willingness to work 2–3 days per week from our Munich office.
Native-level German and C1-level English are required.
