End-to-end strategic sourcing and tender management for indirect spend categories, particularly Marketing Professional Services, Digital, and POS/Retail solutions, as well as other external services (incl. CORA)
Development and implementation of sourcing strategies, including market analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, and commercial decision-making in alignment with business priorities
Management of governance and approval processes, including defined review and decision steps (e.g. approach and decision Gates), as well as the preparation and presentation of materials for decision-making bodies (tender committees) in line with internal procurement policies
Strategic stakeholder management and advisory role for internal functions (Business Development, Consumer Experience, Finance, Legal and Global Procurement)
Supplier and contract management throughout the entire lifecycle, including commercial support in contract structuring, as well as cost analysis and savings calculation using Coupa and Icertis.
Requirements
At least 3 -5 years of proven experience in Procurement
Strong understanding of procurement processes and techniques incl. spend and supplier analysis, preferable in the Marketing categories
Advanced supplier coordination abilities and knowledge of procurement tools, such as e-auction tools
Project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholder
Knowledge of corporate regulations and legislations to ensure the creation of effective contracts
Excellent commercial awareness and strong numerical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Personal drive, initiative and dedication, great teammate
Focus on delivering results and customer services
Proficient in English and German.
