Role Overview
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data
- Manage and analyse information using Salesforce CRM platform
- Support the coordination and execution of promotional activities across franchise brands
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and campaign success
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator who can liaise with stakeholders across the business
- Available for an immediate start
