Director, Global Lead – PI and Digital Twin

Role Overview

• Lead the strategy and teams for PI Data Infrastructure & Digital Twin delivery practice
• Participate in strategic business area initiatives
• Drive Digital Twin and AI strategic pillars with PI DI
• Establish delivery standards and enable sales
• Build practice capabilities through training programs and specialization tracks
• Support cross-functional delivery teams on implementations

Requirements

• 18+ years of progressively responsible experience in Industrial Automation or Engineering Software firms
• Deep PI/AVEVA Data Infrastructure hands-on background
• Industry depth in at least one of: oil & gas, power utilities, or manufacturing
• Must have PI system architecture and integration experience
• Ability to run workshops, develop reference architectures, and support pre-sales
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders with a vision for large global teams
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
