Role Overview
Build out audience strategy capability within the Public Affairs and Strategic Communications practice.
Run high-stakes campaigns while helping shape data infrastructure, vendor relationships, and methodological standards.
Evaluate potential acquisitions as the practice grows.
Deep familiarity with how third-party consumer datasets are sourced, modeled, and maintained.
Experience evaluating syndicated audience research platforms and assess panel quality, coverage gaps, and appropriate use cases.
Hands-on experience licensing, negotiating, and integrating third-party data assets into campaign workflows.
Strong working knowledge of the audience insights and analytics vendor landscape.
Lead targeting and addressable strategies across campaigns.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to tie media performance to client outcomes.
Grow and lead the audience strategy and data intelligence team.
Requirements
A degree or advanced degree in statistics, data science, economics, political science with quantitative methods, or a related analytical field.
A career that started in data, analytics, or research and has grown to include media strategy, campaign planning, and client-facing advisory work.
A clear, informed point of view on the audience data and insights vendor landscape, who the credible players are, where the market is heading, and what separates real methodology from marketing spin.
Experience leading or contributing to significant campaigns across multiple channels and geographies.
Comfort advising senior stakeholders, including executives, government affairs leads, and political clients, on data strategy and campaign direction.
Strong grasp of the political landscape and understanding of voter demographics and behaviors
Working knowledge of AI and AI tools as they relate to the consulting space.
