You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base.

Adapting your interventions to fit your personal style, you will provide short-term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues, through phone and video sessions;
You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note-taking;
You will participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged.
Requirements
You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field;
You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level required);
You have at least five years of clinical experience;
You can set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach;
You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations;
You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients;
You have access to a confidential workspace;
Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset.
