Assisting in the management of construction projects and providing technical services
Leading multiple projects at a time, both on-site and from your office
Supporting all aspects of construction work, including developing proposals for various contract models
Preparing estimates for quoted and tendered work
On-site labour to assist construction crews
Managing schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Aiding in job cost tracking
Preparing and submitting environmental management plans
Supporting safety coordinator in completing daily and project-specific safety requirements
Reporting on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
Submitting and tracking RFIs, change orders, and site instructions
Providing technical services, including bridge/structure inspections, maintenance plans, load ratings, and other design services
Writing technical reports and reviewing proposals and estimates
Communicating customer issues and devising ways for improving the customer experience

Civil tech diploma or civil engineering degree
At least three years of project management and/or bridge engineering experience preferred
At least five years of experience within the construction industry preferred
Some bridge experience is an asset, but not required
Specialized training in timber structures is an asset, but not required
Construction/carpentry experience is an asset, but not required
Class 5 driver's license
