Design & Innovate: Own the Compensation & Benefit strategy, defining the direction for salary bands, bonus structures, and our diverse benefit portfolio.
Expert Partnering: Act as the subject matter expert for remuneration in support of Union and Workers Council negotiations.
Stakeholder & Project Steering: Take the lead on complex C&B projects, steering initiatives across Finance, HR Controlling, and Tech teams.
Tech-Forward Excellence: Leverage Workday and AI-based tools to perform "Equal Pay" audits and automate calculation cycles.
Global Compliance: Navigate cross-border tax regulations with ease, ensuring our international colleagues have compliant and attractive remuneration packages.
Requirements
Analytical & Influential Mastery: You translate raw data into clear "decision papers" that tell a compelling story for stakeholders.
Technical Savvy & AI Affinity: You have a deep understanding of job evaluation systems and salary banding.
European C&B Expertise: Ideally, you bring knowledge of frameworks within the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain.
Collaborative & Agile: You enjoy working in an expert capacity, supporting negotiators with speed, accuracy, and a team-first mindset.
Multilingual Skills: Professional proficiency in English and German is essential to thrive in our international environment. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a "nice-to-have" but is not required.
