Preparation, review and reconciliation of outgoing invoices, taking into account internal guidelines and individual customer requirements
Independent management of accounts receivable, including account maintenance, reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items
Ensuring correct posting of incoming payments
Analysis of open items and independent resolution of discrepancies with customers and internal contacts
Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
Participation in optimizing existing accounting processes and further development of processes and systems
Close collaboration with adjacent departments across the company

Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., in business administration or accounting)
Initial practical experience in accounts receivable
Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., DATEV) and very good knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of accounting principles and ability to support financial closings in accordance with HGB
High reliability, sense of responsibility and careful handling of sensitive data
Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
Team-oriented working style and a structured approach
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
