Ensure the operation, stability and evolution of a hybrid platform (on-premises + Azure)

7+ years of experience in platform infrastructure and operations in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS (minimum 3 years), including management and troubleshooting
Knowledge of hybrid environments (cloud + on-premises)
Experience with: virtual machines, networking, storage and core infrastructure components; SQL Server and Azure SQL (operations and best practices); and application servers (e.g., IIS)
Exposure to Azure tools and services such as App Services, Storage, Networking, and governance (policies, tagging, etc.)
Experience managing upgrades, patching and lifecycle with a focus on stability
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
Experience troubleshooting in critical environments
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
Understanding of networking and security (RBAC, least privilege)
Ability to work in demanding, high-availability environments
