Support new clients in getting started with the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
Guide them through implementing their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the e-invoicing platform, submitting invoices, and managing the approval workflow
Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external
Act as the link between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship
Identify malfunctions, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process
Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant
In parallel, you will be assigned a tailored client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.
