Analyse market trends and competitors to develop growth strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
Proven 5 years+ experience as an enterprise Sales leadership role, within the energy (ideally distribution), utilities, or technology sectors.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for new markets and products.
