Role Overview
- Run technical sales calls discussing binding kinetics and assay design
- Onboard new customers and assist in experiment design
- Monitor ongoing accounts and suggest next steps
- Troubleshoot customer experiments with the biology team
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
Requirements
- Scientific background in protein engineering, biochemistry, biophysics, or related field
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role: field application scientist, technical sales, scientific account management, or similar
- Commercially driven mindset
- Strong communicator who adapts to the audience
- Self-starter capable of managing pipeline and priorities
