Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Ensure release schedule timelines are met by coordinating testing activities with the team
Mentor and assist in leading the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning
Champion accessibility and performance testing standards across web applications
Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency
Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide quality input early in the development cycle

Automation Frameworks
Playwright automation framework (primary requirement); experience with C#, xUnit, .NET, and NBomber is a strong bonus
Experience with other automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent is also considered
Exposure to other programming languages is welcomed
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, ChatGPT / Codex, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Cursor
Proficiency with GitHub and/or Azure DevOps or equivalent repository management systems
Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows
Experience using accessibility testing tools such as Lighthouse, Axe, or Storybook
Familiarity with REST API testing tools including Bruno, Postman, or similar
Experience working with Docker or containerized environments.
