Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

Role Overview

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Requirements

• Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states.
• Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
• At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.
